A little about me…

Hi there! I’m Samantha, but I go by Sam. I’ve been in the design world for almost 5 years now, having started in UX as a customer experience designer and building my arsenal as I moved from agent chat experiences to building chatbots. And now I am certified in content design and conversational AI design, having worked on many content strategies ands projects specifically for each. My passion lies learning new skills and aspects to design. I come from a creative writing background, so i’ve always had this obsession with the way content is written, displayed and marketed. I find the experiences in mobile apps and how the differ from desktop to be uniquely challenging and fun to play with. Users keep gravitating towards imagery and intuitive designs, bringing content(copy) and unique AI experiences to the forefront for a brand.
